Poor shot selection from Australian batters results in a horror show in the mini Ashes.

Jason Roy and Jos Buttler approached the target as if they were chasing 200 plus. England scored 66 runs in the powerplay (66-0), the highest powerplay score in this World Cup. Just after the powerplay England lost Roy (22), and soon Malan (8) departs but it was a one-sided game for England. Buttler (71 off 32) along with Bairstow (16) carried the inning and register an easy win for England in just 11.4 overs. England beat Australia by 8 wickets with 50 balls to spare, a massive difference.
England just plays like this in limited-overs format, attack and attack, even if the wicket falls just attack. Nothing much from Australian bowlers today, it’s just brilliant batting from England, all the credits to them.
